The investigation into the raider takeover has been dragging on for a year and a half. The prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine S. Pilipenko serves as the head of the group of supervisory prosecutors in this investigation. In fact, he is the head of the investigation. In a year and a half, all reasonable periods of investigation have passed, the investigation is inactive, prosecutor S. Pilipenko refuses to comply with court decisions, lies to the investigating judges. The illegal actions of the prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General S. Pilipenko served as the basis for the initiation of two criminal cases in the NABU and the State Bureau of Investigation.

The injured party repeatedly filed complaints against prosecutor S. Pilipenko to the leadership of the Office of the Prosecutor General. Complaints were filed in the name of Prosecutor General A. Kostin, in the name of Deputy Prosecutor General I. Mustets, and in the name of Deputy Prosecutor General D. Verbitsky. Complaints were submitted to Prosecutor General A. Kostin three times. None of the leaders of the Prosecutor General's Office personally responded to the complaints. Instead, the answers were sent:

Vasily Chornei - Head of the 1st Department of the Procedural Management of Pre-trial Investigation of the Office of the Prosecutor General. Prosecutor Chornei twice responded to complaints that the injured party sent to Prosecutor General A. Kostin and Deputy Prosecutor General I. Mustets. The essence of all answers: prosecutor S. Pilipenko did not find any violations of the law.

After prosecutor S. Pilipenko opened a criminal case in the State Bureau of Investigation for violations of the law, prosecutor Kovalev took the investigation materials for himself and did not transfer them to the investigation for five months, thereby effectively blocking the investigation.

Dmitry Petrenko- Prosecutor of the 2nd Department of the Procedural Management of Pre-trial Investigation of the Office of the Prosecutor General. In February 2023 prosecutor Petrenko sent a letter to the High Anti-Corruption Court regarding the initiation of a case against prosecutor S. Pilipenko:

In June 2023 A. Zhitny refused to open disciplinary proceedings against prosecutor S. Pilipenko. Although HACS on February 13.02.2023, 991, in case No. 978/23/XNUMX, ordered NABU to initiate a criminal case against the prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General S. Pilipenko. Moreover, the HACS decided to open a case on the facts of only one offense, and in the complaint filed with the KDKP, a dozen violations of the prosecutor were indicated. The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine covers prosecutors who violate laws and cover up crimes.
