Twice “CZI” filed complaints about the inaction of law enforcement officers to the Office of the President of Ukraine. Responses came from the Office of the President twice:

Strange answers: “TsZI” complains about the inaction of the Prosecutor General’s Office, but it is the Prosecutor General’s Office that is obligated to respond to the complaint. If the Office of the President had fought corruption in practice, and not just in words, then the complaint should have been sent to NABU, or another body that exercises control over the Prosecutor General’s Office. The complaint had to be forwarded to a body that could conduct an independent investigation into the facts stated. In fact, the Office of the President sent a signal to law enforcement officers: We are not bothering you.
