17.01.2022 Buzyka S.M. allegedly filed a claim with the Artsyzsky Court of the Odessa Region against Ispanyuk, “Lagrent”, “Basari”, “Compromise”, “Istus” (claim price 160 million UAH) for debt collection, and an application for securing the claim - a demand to seize all the property of the Guarantors . Case 492/25/22 2/492/250/22 was opened by judge N.D. Guseva.
18.01.2022 Judge of the Artsyzsky Court Guseva N.D. issued a Resolution to secure the claim by seizing the corporate rights and real estate of “Basari”, “Largent”, “Compromise”.
15.06.2022 an agreement was allegedly signed between Monari and Buzyka on the assignment of the right to claim debt under the Loan agreement from 10.08.2021 and Addendum to the Loan Agreement dated December 8.12.2021, XNUMX.

On March 19.03.2023, 200, S. Buzyka independently contacted law enforcement officers with a statement that he had not entered into any agreements with Ispanyuk and Monari, and had not filed a lawsuit. S. Buzyka stated that for $XNUMX he signed some papers that his fellow villager gave him.
