Demchenko V.V. is the owner and director of the private enterprise “Music Leader Instruments”. 30.11.2021/10/XNUMX Largent (founder Ispanyuk) leased the Kiev Business Center to Music Leader Instruments for XNUMX years.
This deal is clearly fictitious. The area of the Kyiv business center is 3747 sq. m. The building is located in the center of Odessa and is rented out for office and retail space. The minimum rental price in such a place is 200 UAH per 1 sq.m. per month.
Thus, the monthly rent should be about 700 thousand UAH. However, the lease agreement indicates a rental of only 10 thousand gr. per month. For a year from the date of signing the lease agreement, the Music Leader Instruments private enterprise did not pay rent to Largent.
The Music Leader Instruments private enterprise did not advertise for tenants, did not maintain the building, did not enter into agreements with service organizations on fire safety, security, etc. The Music Leader Instruments private enterprise did not collect rent from tenants, did not keep accounts, and did not submitted tax reports showing business activities.
It is quite obvious that V. Demchenko is involved in the illegal legalization of property stolen from TsZI. This is confirmed by the materials of his interrogation at the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine.
Investigator of the State Investigative Directorate of the NP of Ukraine I. Borets and prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General S. Pilipenko refused to initiate a criminal case against V. Demchenko.
