26.11.2021 an hour and a half after the illegal actions of the Poltava notary T. Dombrovskaya, the Odessa notary I. Belous conducted the first transaction for the resale of seized assets.
15.12.2021 The Central Board of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine adopted the Conclusion:
The raiders were in a hurry to legalize the stolen assets, and Odessa notary I. Belous met them halfway, breaking the law. Her actions fall under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine:
- Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine Abuse of power or official position;
- Art. 365-2 Abuse of powers by persons providing public services.
- Art. 27 Part 5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine defines her actions as an accomplice to a criminal offense.
Criminal case against notary I.A. Whitebeard is not excited. Thanks to judicial arrests, the Order of the Ministry of Justice to prohibit the notary Belous from accessing the Unified Register was not implemented.
